.vue file icons don't work in Rider

I think there exists a vue icon, but it doesn't work in Rider 2023.3.2

Hi, Thank you for the bug report! I'll close it as a duplicate of #7 since there are some discussions about this specific icon there, but that's something that we need to solve. Also, I think that this issue also appears in other JetBrains IDEs!

That being said if someome has the time to work on it, the only thing missing is that this extension should be registered in the base catppuccin/vscode-icons project in extensions.ts. Some other icons are also missing there so don't hesitate to add some of them at once
