iButton Release
Matlab code and example files to summarize data from an individualized cooling protocol used to study human brown adipose tissue physiology.
Version 1.0.0 updates the skin temperature log files from ADInstrument to iButton temperature sensors. The code is configured to read a total of 18 iButton files and calculate skin temperature summary values including the mean body surface temperature, the body temperature gradient, peripheral vasoconstriction, and the supraclavicular temperature gradient.
Please refer to the Example-Data folder and its data dictionary README file for more information about the recommended iButton sensor anatomical locations and references for the skin temperature summary equations.
Source code for the Initial Release (Version 0.0.0) should be downloaded if ADInstrument temperature sensors are used in the data collection session.
