Posting some Gotchas that I ran into

• No stylesheets in Heroku: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/16074170/rails-stylesheets-on-heroku
• Run bundle install locally, check in updated Gemfile and push to Heroku to grab updates to gems
• PostgresSQL will auot-lowercase column names that are not in quotes: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10628917/rails-reports-cant-find-a-column-that-is-there
