Summary

The upgrade protocol currently isn't wiring up the Configurator which is where modules can register migrations that should be executed in the EndBlocker when going from one version to another.

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged
  • Contributor assigned/self-assigned
