chore: remove Docker E2E Node workflow (#1263)

This workflow is failing on `main` because it is attempting to push a Docker image with the name `cometbft/e2e-node`. See [this failure](https://github.com/celestiaorg/celestia-core/actions/runs/8240288633/job/22535402739).
