[EPIC]: Blob Module hardening

As Blob Module has landed, there are some ways how to make it more efficient. This epic will contain all tasks for the Blob Module v1.

• blob: collect leafHashes to verify the inclusion of the blob at a particular height. #2288
• blob: store the first share of the Blob in the blob's proof #2289
• blob: moved from the leafHashes to the subtree roots in proof verification. #2303
• feat(nodebuilder/blob): Consider using options in Submit  #2497
• blob: Check max blob size and return err if exceeds #2495

Additional Tasks migrated from the BlobModule Epic

• shrexnd: requesting proofs only on Client and Server #1837
• shrexnd: requesting data and/or proofs for multiple namespaces #1839
• Feature Request: document nmt proof format nmt#248
