Description

Added an option for geth to use the in-memory discovery table (the same one that the bootnode uses).

When this option is used, then it wouldn't read or write to disk the discovery table. This option can be used when we don't want to persist the discovery table for internal testnets when doing a deploy upgrade.

Tested

  • Ran a geth instance with and without the new option enabled, and verified that the persisted discovery table was not saved and saved to disk respectively.

Other changes

Fixed the grouping of the command line arguments when outputted via geth --help.
