Expected Behavior

No user displayed error. Just log an error and set fee to 0.

Current Behavior

This error:
fees/saga/estimateFeeSaga/Error estimating fee:Returned error: gas required exceeds allowance or always failing transaction in Error: Returned error: gas required exceeds allowance or always failing transaction
