If you use 'make dist' to package the source archive and build it from this archive it fails. Several files are missing in the archive as e.g. src/librmb is missing all header files.

also autogen.sh is missing in the archive

Sorry, never used make distilled because we usually build from repo clones. Will be fixed.

* #82 make dist(check) is not working. A lot of issues have been fixed.

* moving googletest to tests directory
