rbd: move repairImageID() from rbdVolume struct to rbdImage

The `repairImageID()` function is useful for the `rbdSnapshot` objects
as well. Move it to the `rbdImage` struct that is the base for both
`rbdVolume` and `rbdSnapshot`.
