Updated required templates to run E2E on kubernetes 1.25 and consider same results to merge a PR.

As we need to test with last 3 Kubernetes
releases removing Kubernetes 1.22
as we have 1.23, 1.24 and 1.25

As we have successful runs with kubernetes
1.25 Marking is as default for CI jobs and
required for merging PR.
