- unzip all files in the package
- load the whole folder into the matlab path
- run sections step by step
- first section: set up the parameters truct P. P contains all system and sequence parameters.
- second section: call and plot Z_cw(P), it calculates the Z-spectrum and returns it as a vector.
- third section: Call and plot for multiple parameters
