Changes

  • Migrate FAHC sass import to sass use.
  • Update print css to be a Sass file and use hyphen spacing, for consistency with other CSS.

How to test this PR

  1. yarn build and http://localhost:8000/find-a-housing-counselor/ should look unchanged from prod.
