Implements a tap and hold functionality. Click/tap and hold for 1s (default) triggers taphold event.

Fix bad message request handling when a block is complete.
Purge the associated peer of an unrequested message.
Requests for now completed pieces are removed from tables expeditiously.
Properly process messages with bad blocks.
