Some deprecations were introduced by the following PR: * chapel-lang#22639 Others predated the existence of `@deprecated` and even `deprecated`. These occurred more than 6 months ago. \## Testing - [ ] paratest Signed-off-by: Danila Fedorin <daniel.fedorin@hpe.com>
