This is based off of the 6.3 definition with the changes neccessary to pull in the proper DVD ISO. It looks like the common folder has all the steps needed to instal. Performing a basebox build to confirm this.
This was a copy from the ubuntu-12.04 definitions basically wholesale.

Hi John: Bad on me, I didn't read open PRs before adding the CentOS 6.4 boxes. Do you mind rebasing off master so we can get the ubuntu 12.10 definitions? |

These were added using the existing basebox definitions for CentOS 6.3 and Ubuntu 12.04 respectively. The builds went as expected and there was nothing special going on. I submit to you good sires this PR.
