KNIME workflow implementing the complete modeling pipeline outlined in the article.
It can be imported without modifications in the KNIME software via the import tool (menu File > Import KNIME workflow). Please note that it was developed using KNIME version 5.1.2 and requires the installation of the following extensions to be fully compatible: RDKit Nodes Feature, KNIME-CDK, KNIME Optimization extension, KNIME JavaScript Views (Labs)
