The problem occurs during the embedding of the user image. I checked the DB file (cf_user_cache) and there are some entries having "https://..." and others only having "// ..."
Maybe CF has changed the API and add "https:" to the title_photo now. Which breaks the embed that adds "https:" on its own.
I think the best way would be a command / task that corrects all DB entries and the removal of adding "https:" in the embeds.
