Fixes to software test file declarations and regression test list.
Add a script to generate covergroups in soc_ifc_cov_if.sv and update that file.
Fix some signal names and comments in SHA ACC CSR that refer to AXI ID - changed to AXI USER.
Update Adams-bridge submodule.

Update VeeR core from VeeR repository tip.

• Partially addresses Update RISC-V core with fixes from VeeR EL2 repository for Caliptra Core 2.0 #631, but still missing Export ICache memory Cores-VeeR-EL2#256.
