• SURPI version now 1.0.4

• adjusted config file & added documentation to this file
• removed a couple config variables
	1. SNAP_nt database prefix - now SNAP-NT comparison uses all SNAP DBs in folder
	2. rapsearch - this was included in order to target a specific rapsearch version, but has been removed
• added taxonomy verification step
