This updates the build config files to build choco-theme for an Astro site as opposed to a Statiq site. This will take effect on blog.chocolatey.org.
Added tsx package to be able to run script to generate atom feed.xml in astro blog.
Fixes issues with author link icons not displaying on astro blog.
