When you lock the iPhone this lockscreen will load up. Refresh the data, the wheather of cities, check the sms, email and phone calls, and loads a random entry of RSS, in this case is a Spanish on-line NewsPaper (could be anyone).
In order not to sending and receiving data every so often (something useless most of the time because it is locked …), when you click (with your finger) on the layer of time, it refresh all data … So you can see if you have new mail, message text, missed calls, or read a new RSS entry without unlocking the iPhone …
This is in fact for use with wifi, flat rate (3G or GPRS), but without any flat rate! .. It makes short connections, but does.
