It will be nice to have stats of resource consumption visible to the users for each tasks. We should sample CPU/memory consumption every few seconds and provided a chart with per-minute maximums.

https://github.com/shirou/gopsutil can be used for gathering the stats from the agent

Once it's implemented we should consider moving from concurrency limits to CPU minutes per month limits without any concurrency limitations.
