How do we change the language on the site - I'd assume SF has to do this also given our population's language needs.

I added an issue that is similar.. I think it might be nice if there are two increments of this.

Increment 1. Google Translate button (maybe closing out that issue that I just added)

Increment 2. The real feature. Real string translation with a cool system for contributions from native speakers/writers. (This issue)
