Hello! Thanks for supporting CKAN development.
There is still an issue with the description of the "harvester clearsource_history" command. It doesn't exist for CKAN >= 2.9. I wasn't sure of the best way to handle that particular case.
If you have a suggested way, I can modify this PR to include that change also.
