### Release highlights

We are happy to announce the release of CKEditor 5 v23.1.0.

This release introduces a new HTML embed feature.

It also comes with new API features:

* [The `data-cke-ignore-events` attribute in view element](https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5/issues/4600) that prevents CKEditor from handling events fired in this element.
* [The `triggerBy` option](https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5/issues/7956) that triggers element re-render.
