Improve handling nested lists pasted from Word

After ckeditor/ckeditor5-paste-from-office#94 we have a basic support for nested lists in content pasted from MS Word.

However there is a simplification that it will not properly handle indentations, that has an indentation step higher than level 1. For instance see this list:

The highlighted list will currently be indented only by one level.
