This was an experiment for the next generation Cliqz browser. We are applying the lessons from this project in our new browser here.
This is a showcase experimental base for Cliqz technologies in a browser. This is not a production ready product!
This project is based on Mozilla's Reference Browser project, with extra Cliqz technologies integrated, namely:
- Quick search.
- Cliqz prototype search engine results page.
- Anti-tracking, adblocker and other privacy tools.
- Support for visiting p2p websites over the
dat://protocol.
