Update to the latest root CA from grpc. It has a script to update to the latest one.

The different between old and new is quite big:

  • There are 330 certs in the old one, only 131 in the new one
  • old one has many VeriSign root certs, but new one doesn't have any
  • Checked the one from ESPv2 docker image, it only has 136 certs. Since it doesn't have the "Issuer" so not sure if it has VeriSign

I believe the old one was copied from grpc repo, but it was many many years ago.

So I think we can just replace it with the new one, even there are so much different.
