GIVEN I have enabled the experimental managed services flag in the helm values
WHEN I have created service brokers
WHEN I GET /v3/service_plans?fields[service_offering.service_broker]=name,guid
THEN I get a 200 OK response containing a list of available service plans with broker name and guid under the included.service_brokers array
