Background

As a Korifi API User
I want to be able to restart single instances according to the CF API V3
So that single instances can be restarted and compatibility is improved

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN an authenticated user with the right permissions
WHEN I Call the new API Endpoints
THEN I can restart my app/process instances
