A small tool that deletes files (short: tempdel).
Over the course of time, Confluence may carelessly leave temporary files in the directory /opt/atlassian/confluence/temp. This tool runs like a background job and deletes such temp files according a file age policy.
There are three basic input parameters:
- the directory to be scanned for files
- the maximum age in hours of files that should not be deleted
- the time between the scanning intervals in minutes
tempdel delete-loop --age 12 --interval 60 /opt/atlassian/confluence/tempMore information about the tool can be found in the operations documentation, or by calling tempdel --help provides more information.
