- Epiverse-TRACE: A global initiative to develop open-source tools for epidemiology and public health. This project focuses on trace and track methodologies, building infrastructure for outbreak analysis.
- Epiforecasts: A group of epidemiologists, modelers, and R software developers focused on developing methodology and tools for real-time modelling and forecasting of infectious disease outbreaks.
- Epinowcast: A group of infectious disease modellers, applied epidemiologists, software developers, and others building a suite of tools for real-time analysis of infectious diseases.
