osTicket (https://osticket.com/) is a widely-used open source support ticket system that can be configured and deployed for an exercise.

Breaking Change! Prior to updating, you must go into the osTicket plugin and save the value Exercise GUID. After updating, paste the value from before into the View GUID field and Save.

  • osTicket has been upgraded to osTicket version 1.14.2.
  • Plugin option to update email via the user's identity email upon login has been added.
  • Dropdown to select the player noun to use has been added
