CNCF GSoC Project Ideas missing information - please update ASAP

I’ve gone through and added template additions for each project as per the Defining a Project Idea list.

Please update any project suggestions you’ve submitted and ensure the following are present and correct:

• a detailed description of the project (This should be 2-5+ sentences)
• expected outcomes
• expected size of the project (175 or 350 hours)
• an easy, medium, or hard difficulty rating of each project.

These updates are a must to be accepted into GSoC 2022.

Please update by Tues, March 1 at 5pm PT.

We had updated mentors of Cluster API Provider AWS project before. Just making sure it will not be submitted like this as I still see the previous mentor (shivi28) listed in this issue, but the mentors listed in the project description is correct.

Thanks everyone, we're at 54/54 now.

I merged in a PR for the last few projects that needed Difficulty, Project size, and Expected outcomes with default values and (I hope) a reasonable expected outcome: #553. These are marked above with "default values added."

These don't have to be the final versions, I just wanted every project to have a complete submission for consideration.

I appreciate the effort in getting these updated.
