  • Upgrades the GitHub Action workflow to use an improved configuration.
  • Most notably, remove any fixed-point release (3.6, 3.5, ...) in favor of testing with reference tags (oldrel, release, and devel).

To do: Figure out why r-macos-devel is failing... 😞
