I'm putting this PR "on hold" for now, I'm not convinced that FAQs belong in product documentation.
In this PR, I've ported appropriate content from the following Zendesk articles to our documentation Glossary. I've included links to where you can preview how I've incorporated (or have already defined) an item from each article.
Once we've established where the FAQ content is in our documentation, we'll replace the answer to each question with a link to our product docs.

I haven't been able to "port" everything in the second article. If/when we do update the articles, we can replace the answers to each question with:
I have not incorporated known outdated content, such as the 48 hour statement in the "How soon can I begin my pentest?" question. (It now varies by PtaaS tier)
