Add Input to Fail CI

Version 1.0.5 introduces the following changes:

• Add fail_ci_if_error input which lets users fail the CI pipeline if the Codecov upload step runs into any errors. By default, this is set to false. This addresses an issue where Codecov could fail silently and the user wouldn't know because Actions would've shown the step as being passed.

Convert Action to JavaScript

Version 1.0.4 introduces the following changes:

• Switch from a Docker based action to a JavaScript based action to add support for macOS and Windows builds. This also allows users to run the codecov action with matrix builds.
• Add a yml input so users can specify the path for their codecov.yml file
• Add a @v1 major version tag

Performance improvements, bug fixes

Version 1.0.3 of the Codecov Action includes the following changes:

• Use debian:stretch-slim base instead of ubuntu:latest. Ubuntu takes significantly longer to build than Debian and thus extended pipeline run times
• Allow for passing names with spaces
• Do not exit with a non-zero code if Codecov runs into errors. This is important because the entire CI/CD pipeline should not fail if Codecov isn't able to upload reports.

Switch to Ubuntu for base

Add a workflow to self-test the action.

Alpine Linux's find command was missing --execdir, switched to Ubuntu for base

• Upload reports via required auth token
• Specify a file path to coverage report
• Include a name for your upload
• Include flags for your upload
