Changes

Fix bug where remote CWD was not being set properly when running an Action against a file but were not deploying anything.

One Action test case was not passing before this.

Remove any/all console.logs I added
eslint is not complaining
have added myself to the contributors' list in CONTRIBUTING.md
for feature PRs: PR only includes one feature enhancement.
