feat(client): refactor iFrame fs protocol

What kind of change does this pull request introduce?

Refactors the iframe fs protocol to use the same channel as all other messages, this ensures that messages are scoped to one sandbox and reduces the amount of code needed to make this work

Depends on codesandbox/sandpack-bundler#26
