Improve install instructions and README layout

- Users don't know how to install dependencies, e.g.
  gtk3 cannot be found with that name specifically.
- Installation is the second most wanted thing after
  a short overview, so let's put it after the overview.
  - This required rewording and reformatting the
    previous end section to keep it sensical.
