I've updated to latest v1 version bytecodealliance/wasm-micro-runtime@WAMR-1.3.2...WAMR-1.3.3

And added new v2.1.0 version bytecodealliance/wasm-micro-runtime@WAMR-1.3.3...WAMR-2.1.0
@toge could you please verify if it is correct or if you consider more things in the patch are needed?
