I think it is saying that pypy3.9 isn't on windows? I am also confused with why the bot PR title says pypy3.9 but the message says "This PR has been triggered in an effort to update pypy38."

The packages are at https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/pypy3.9/files. It includes win-64/pypy3.9-7.3.12-h994e1e7_5.conda. I think that ought to work?

It should, I've asked on the conda-forge gitter to see if there is a team to ping about it. I also added to this PR the fix for the disk space since that was the source of failures

Hmmm, looking at the convo about that line here: #67

First I am just going to remove it and see if that works, and if not, put it back but adjust the logic to not apply on a pypy build.

Okay since everything is passing, I don't think we need the fix from #67 anymore in run_constrained: since the error showed up when building the package per #67 (comment)

@peastman is it okay if I merge this in? I am not sure how many people use pypy but this build also fixes the few we had run out of disk space after we merged in the CUDA12 PR.
