What is the idea?

Prune Relevant Test cases in Current Conda Test suite on Files

  • test_api_build.py

First level Prune

  • Remove test cases that are reflecting Python 2.7 Envs
  • Remove test cases that has issue attach to them (They are hot-fixes and may not be relevant to the newer versions)

Why is this needed?

To essentially remove redundant Test cases and irrelevant test cases and libraries

What should happen?

The script should not fail on the CI vm for all three OS

Updated the Feature Ticket to reflect pruning mainly of test cases..
