1. 药物是有益还是有害,得看剂量。换到跑步上,也是一样。如果你的跑量,强度,速度不适合你的身体,就可能会有害。 | ||
|

2. 锻炼实际上是给身体造成可承受范围内的伤害,然后休息,让身体进行修复。如此反复,身体得以变强。跑量不够就没效果,跑量超过身体最薄弱的那部分的承受能力,就会受伤。不提供足够的营养和休息让身体充分恢复,则会因为长期疲劳,让身体出现各种问题。 | ||

3. 倾听身体,哪里抱怨,就说明那里薄弱,哪里最先抱怨,哪里就最薄弱。看你的描述,你的关节目前抱怨的最厉害。 | ||

4. 心率的话,以我的经验,如果你的跑量和速度在关节的承受范围内,心率一般就不用担心。 | ||
|
||
5. 一般情况下,关节适应新的运动强度的时间,需要三个月左右。如果筋膜啊关节啊首了伤,也至少要给自己三个月的时间恢复。肌肉的话,应该问题不大,适当活动应该是可以的。 | ||
|
||

7. 崴脚恢复期间,我是跑过的。大概每天很慢的跑 10 几分钟,跑不动就走走。给自己定的规矩是,如果脚越来越疼,就减量,或者走,直至不跑。如果没有越来越疼,就继续。 | ||
