Quick Start

Laravel Development Environment setup

You can choose either one for your development

1. Laravel Homestead
2. Laravel Sail

Required setup before clone

1. Composer 2.
2. Node stable version.

Usage

Option 1

1. Install using composer

composer create-project nilanth/laravel-react-boilerplate

2. cd laravel-react-boilerplate
3. Run yarn install
4. Create a Database
5. Update the Database credential to .env file
6. Run php artisan migrate -> To create needed tables.
7. Run php artisan db:seed -> To seed some fake users.
8. Run yarn run dev
9. Update API HOST_URL in resources/js/config/constant.js file

Option 2

1. Clone this Repo
2. cd laravel-react-boilerplate
3. Create a .env by copying .env.example and Update the required fields.
4. Run composer install
5. Run php artisan key:gen
6. Run yarn install
7. Create a Database
8. Update the Database credential to .env file
9. Run php artisan migrate -> To create needed tables.
10. Run php artisan db:seed -> To seed some fake users.
11. Run yarn run dev
12. Update API HOST_URL in resources/js/config/constant.js file
