  • Fixes and simplifies Solidity quickstart guide
  • Removes contract deployments and uses our default calibrationnet contracts
  • Adds gateway setup instructions
  • Incorporates all relevant steps from old rust quickstart in prep for deprecation
  • Updates readme and other files accordingly

The end-to-end instructions have been tested on a clean Ubuntu 22.04 instance.
