This is not supported in netavark so we should set to false by default to make sure podman inspect will show the correct info. Signed-off-by: Paul Holzinger <pholzing@redhat.com>

@baude PTAL, this is needed so that the field will be set to false for new macvlan networks which makes more sense when you inspect the network. |
