feat: Initial commit for Eppo Contentful app

Purpose

This is the initial commit for Eppo's new custom app for Contentful.

Approach

We followed the project bootstrap with best practices from https://github.com/contentful/create-contentful-app.

Testing steps

• Add the app into your space
• Enter your Eppo API key, Default randomization entity and Default assignment logging table (all required)
• Click install
• A new custom content type "Eppo variant container" will be added to your space
• Add the newly created "Eppo variant container" as a new field to any new or existing content types in your space
• Configure your experiment variations and publish it to Eppo

Now you can perform experiments directly from Contentful entries, powered by Eppo!
