Watchdog infinite loop of restarts

Hi, I'm having an issue that involves watchdog. It restarts every time I try to access any view, firing unwanted signals
Is there a config file to specify which directories it should watch?

I tried redownloading the cookicutter project and fresh install and the issue is still there.
This problem started after I installed Live Server, Live Preview extension into VSCode and including django-livesync in the requirements. Maybe one of those actions changed some configuration

Try running with the setting RUNSERVERPLUS_POLLER_RELOADER_TYPE='stat', the StatReloaderLoop may not have that issue.

Edit: Do you use an Apple Silicon based machine? What version of Docker you are on? The issue you are experiencing is not something caused by this template but by inotify or even Docker I suppose.

foarsitter's is better if you don't want to rebuild the container. I personally would rather get rid of watchdog.
